Current Situation:

In December 2012 I finally received my service-connected disability compensation from the Veterans administration but by then had already incurred a great deal of consumer debt. And then I experienced car problems. My financial situation will become positive when I receive a HUD housing voucher starting in October. I would continue to struggle until then without the gracious assistance of my mother, wife (separated) and Rebuild Hope. The Rebuild Hope funds will be used to pay for rent and food."
